Who can rent space at Forest Hill Presbyterian Church?
Our spaces are available to religious, charitable, civic, cultural, and educational organizations, as well as individual members and non-members.
What spaces are available for rent?
- Fellowship Hall
- Kitchen
- Pastor’s Office (conference room)
- Sanctuary (with “prayground”)
How do I request to use the space?
Complete a Reservation request form available at fhpcrichmond.org, or contact us at administrator@fhpcrichmond.org. Submit at least three weeks before your desired date, preferably a month in advance.
Is approval guaranteed once I apply?
No. Requests are considered first-come, first-served and must be approved by our Administrative Commission.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance.
When is rental payment due?
All fees must be paid in full by the day of the event.
What are the expectations after using the space?
You are responsible for:
- Cleaning all tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment used
- Returning furniture to original positions
- Taking out trash
- Adjusting or turning off heating/AC
- Turning off all lights
- Removing leftover food
