Who can rent space at Forest Hill Presbyterian Church?
Our spaces are available to religious, charitable, civic, cultural, and educational organizations, as well as individual members and non-members.
What spaces are available for rent?
- Fellowship Hall

How do I request to use the space?
Complete a Reservation request form available at fhpcrichmond.org, or contact us at info@fhpcrichmond.org. Submit at least three weeks before your desired date, preferably a month in advance.
Is approval guaranteed once I apply?
No. After church events are scheduled, other requests are considered first-come, first-served and must be approved by our Property Committee.
Is a deposit required?
Yes.
50% of the rental fee is due at booking. A separate $250 refundable security deposit is also required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of the 50% deposit.
When is final payment due?
All fees must be paid in full 14 days before the event, or your reservation will be canceled.
What are the expectations after using the space?
You are responsible for:
- Cleaning all tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment used
- Returning furniture to original positions
- Taking out trash
- Adjusting or turning off heating/AC
- Turning off all lights
- Removing leftover food
Failure to meet these expectations may result in loss of your $250 security deposit.
