Makes recommendations for special and regular worship services. Prepares for communion services. Plans for homebound member visits. Supports Sunday School, VBS, and youth ministry. Defines the roles of Sunday volunteers such as usher, duty officer, acolyte. Supports the Music Director and music ministry. Promotes worship services and activities. Welcomes visitors and guests and plans for ways to obtain their information for follow up. Ensures scheduling of volunteers to host Sunday receptions. Oversees transportation to church activities for members/visitors in need and evaluates other special needs.
