FAMILY DISCOUNT: Full-time enrolled families with more than one child at the center will receive a 2.5% overall discount every two weeks.
Payments must be made in advance every two weeks. If tuition is not paid by 6:00 p.m. on Friday before the two-week period begins, a child will be dropped from the Center’s roll, and a $25.00 fee must be paid to re-register the child. If payment cannot be made on Friday, the parent must contact either the center director or treasurer.
Two weeks’ notice must be given when a child is to be withdrawn. If notice is not given, payment for the two weeks must be paid.
If a child is absent, on vacation, or sick, tuition is still due. Food preparation, staff and utilities expenses are still incurred.
The Center makes every attempt to remain open during inclement weather. It is not Center policy to discount tuition if the center closes due to inclement weather.
