To register a child for enrollment, the parents and childmustmeet with the director and teacher(s) during a tour. The Registration Form and Child Enrollment Form will be provided during the tour or upon request. The completed registration form and payment of a $125.00 non-refundable registration fee must be collected to hold the enrollment position for your child.
The Child Enrollment Form and other requirements must be collected before your child can begin care. The Child Enrollment Form includes enrollment, permissions, parent-center agreement, and tuition payment policy. Other requirements include the child’s birth certificate, a physician-completed physical, and a list of previous providers and dates of care.
